What can you get in our stores?
Sanfo provides an extensive and wide choice of performance clothing, equipment and footwear. Offering from the leisure traveling products to the most technically advanced ones on the market; it is the choice of the most accomplished climbers, mountaineers, extreme skiers, snowboarders and explorers as well as the tourists in the world.
We classify our products into several following fields:

What is the warranty policy for the products in Sanfo?
All goods you brought in Sanfo are warranted against manufacturer's defects in materials or workmanship and will be repaired or replaced, at every store, free of charge. The warranty is for the reasonable lifetime of the frame and excludes damages to the lenses. Frames returned as defective which are damaged due to improper handling, abuse or normal wear and tear, will not be accepted for credit, return or exchange.
Some products out of warranty can be repaired for a reasonable fee.

with the products or after-sale service, but the contactor cannot
speak very good English, what can you do?

What are the benefits of becoming members?

How to become our member?
You just need to fill a form with some essential information about you and pay 15RMB for a lifetime membership. Just after your registration, you can enjoy the benefits of it. (Get the discount on the spot)
Where do we usually go for outdoor activities?
On weekends, we usually escape into the mountains away from cities (Beijing and Shanghai). We will do camping, hiking in those areas with high peaks, spectacular views and mountain streams. All are waiting to be explored by you.
In general, for weekend activities, it will take about 2-7 hours to get to the destination, depending on where you go.
For golden weeks in May and October, you can expect more expeditions to those remote regions, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Yunnan (Shangri-la) and etc. Different terrains and vegetation zones, like desert, snow field, rain forest, mountain eco-system, are along your way. Instead of just touring around some scenic spots, we offer you an in-depth trip into the heart of China.
How do we charge for our trip and what’s included in it?
For each trip, we just perform as an organizer, which means you go dutch with other members. Your fees are pre-charged, and then during the trip, every expense item is recorded. At end of the trip, you may be returned some money which is left.
Your trip includes:
- Professional tour guides
- Transportation fee along the trip
- Accidental Insurance Fee
- Consultation, public medicine, logistic support
- Food (depending on different situation)

You can browse the detailed itinerary for weekend activities both online and in our stores. If you are interested in it, you just go directly to the store. Moreover, you can post your questions on the message board or email us.

How can we guarantee the safety of our club adventures?
Sanfo Outdoor Club is honored with One of the Ten Best Mountaineering Outdoor Clubs by China Mountaineering Association. Safety is always considered first whether it is an expedition or a competition. Our guides are professional and experienced guys who will should their responsibility along the trip. What’s more, you will be insured officially before your trip.
